Confluence Individual and Relationship Counseling accepts most major insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaide.

Below are guidelines that may apply to you.

  • Pre-Authorization
  • Pre-authorization may be required depending on your insurance company and coverage. Contact your insurance company to ensure that your therapist is covered.
  • Those of us here at Confluence can assist you in this as well. Let us know your current insurance provider, and we will inquire about your current benefits and the cost after insurance. This sometimes takes 24-48 hours. Let us partner with you so you can have a plan for your mental health and manage the financial aspect that comes with medical care.
  • Scheduling
  • We want to eliminate as many roadblocks as possible when it comes to starting and finishing therapy. We offer online scheduling and early morning appointments, starting as early as 6 a.m. Are the weekdays too busy? We can also try to meet your needs on Saturday mornings from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Appointment
  • Prior to your appointment please fill out all of the requested information online to help us better serve you. Your therapist will go over this with you at your appointment and answer any questions about policy and practices.
  • If you need to reschedule you can cancel online as well as request your next appointment time up to 1 month out.
  • Billing
  • We will work diligently with your insurance company to make sure that services are billed appropriately.
  • We do offer self-pay rates for those who choose to not use their insurance plan.
