LCSW CADC
I believe healing happens at the point where understanding, compassion, and evidence-based practice meet.—especially the parts that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to say out loud. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from being “fixed,” but from being understood, supported, and given the right tools at the right time.
I work with individuals and families navigating substance use, recovery, and the ripple effects addiction can have on relationships and daily life. I also support clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, meeting them where they are with compassion and respect for their lived experiences.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR for trauma processing and the Gottman Method for strengthening relationships. Whether I’m working with couples rebuilding trust, individuals learning to regulate emotions, or families trying to reconnect, my focus is always on creating safety, clarity, and meaningful change.
I work with clients across the lifespan—from children as young as 5 to adults 99 and beyond—because healing is not limited by age. Each stage of life brings its own challenges, strengths, and opportunities for growth, and I tailor my approach accordingly.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and human. My goal is to help people understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
